Learn Brioche
Brioche is a distinctive ribbing technique that results in a squishy, reversible fabric. We will learn brioche — achieved by alternating columns of slipped stitches with yarnovers and knit or purl stitches — all while making a cozy hat or cowl. Even more stunning is when you work with two contrasting colors. This is also helpful for keeping track of your stitches.
