Pot Holder for All Seasons - May Flowers
Join the Fiber Lab each month to create fun and easy seasonal pot holders. Sign up for one, sign up for all of them, or for as many of the classes as you'd like. These classes are designed to be enjoyable whether you're a beginner or an expert.
April Showers
April Showers bring May Flowers and this pot holder pairs perfectly with April's project. Choose the same colors, or try something different. This pot holder also has a pocket forming an oven mitt.
- Finished Size:
- Templates needed for the pot holder will be provided so you don't need to cut them out of your copy.
- Buttons needed for the project will be provided
Materials Needed:
- All classes will be using the book Pot Holders for All Seasons by Chris Malone. Available at the shop.
- 1 (8") square cotton batting
- 1 (8") square insulated batting, such as InsulBright
Additional Supplies:
- Walking foot
- Marking pen or pencil
- Matching Thread
- Scissors
- Pins or sewing clips
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting Mat
- Ruler
Note: You must bring your own sewing machine. It is also recommended to bring a walking foot.
Stop in early to choose your fabrics and get and any other supplies you may need. The Fiber Lab offers a 10% discount on class supplies.
Register early. Classes with fewer than 3 registrations, 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of class will be canceled. Students will be notified if a class is cancelled, and the registration fee will be refunded.
