Wee Little Trees Workshop
Part of the Make It Homemade Holiday Workshop Series
Knit or crochet your own mini forest of Christmas trees using Stitch Stuff Yarn's specially dyed yarn. Your wee little trees will look like they are covered in colorful twinkling lights or a fresh blanket of snow.
This is a workshop style class. We will meet once for 5 hours. Feel free to bring a bagged lunch. Light snacks will be provided.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Supplies Included:
The pattern and yarn to make one tree is included in the class fee. Supplies needed to create the supportive cone will also be provided.
Additional yarn will be available for purchase if you want to make more trees.
Supplies Needed:
- A US 3 DPNs or long circular knitting needle or US E (3.5mm) crochet hook (or appropriate size to obtain gauge)
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
- Scissors
Register early. Classes with fewer than 2 registrations, 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of class will be canceled. Students will be notified if a class is cancelled, and the registration fee will be refunded.

| Instructor Bio: | Kris has been knitting since she was 8 years old. Not satisfied with the potholders that her local 4-H club limited her to, she dove into mittens. She believes that knitting is about the process, which teaches patience. Lily is an all-around fiber and textile crafty person. She crochets, knits, sews, quilts, needle felts, and more! Lily is heading into her third year at UW-Stout as an Art Education major. |
