Making Mischief Halloween Table Runner
Look out! It's Halloween and the black cats are getting into mischief in the pumpkin patch. The pattern includes instructions for both a table runner and wall quilt. We will be focusing on the table runner in this class.
Kits will be available or choose your own fabrics
Table Runner Finished Size: 10-1/2" x 44-1/2"
Materials Needed:
- Making Mischief Table Runner pattern by Atkinson Designs
- 1/3 yd background fabric. Must contrast with white mummy strips.
- [1] fat quarter black
- [1] 2" x 15" strip orange
- [14+] 5" squares or equivalent scraps in assorted colors
- [1] fat eight white for mummy strips
- 1/4 yd binding
- Approximately 14" x 48" piece of batting and backing fabric
- 1/8 yd fusible web, such as Steam-a-Seam Lite 2
Additional Supplies:
- Marking pen or pencil
- Scissors
- Pins or sewing clips
- Rotary cutter
- Quilting ruler
- Cutting mat
- (Optional) Walking foot
Note: You must bring your own sewing machine.
Stop in early to choose your fabrics and get and any other supplies you may need. The Fiber Lab offers a 15% discount on class supplies.
Register early. Classes with fewer than 3 registrations, 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of class will be canceled. Students will be notified if a class is cancelled, and the registration fee will be refunded.

| Skill Details: | Confident beginners will also do well. Ability to read patterns and have completed a variety of quilting projects using traditional piecing techniques of increasing complexity. This is not class for first-time sewists and quilters. |
