All About That Brioche

On first glance, the All About That Brioche shawl looks like it uses way more than just two colors. This is optical illusion is accomplished with a combination of solid garter blocks and squishy brioche sections where the dominant yarns are reversed.
This is an excellent project for those who have never worked brioche before, but is interesting enough to keep keep the attention of more accomplished knitters. Choose two colors and watch the magic happen.
Supplies Needed:
- All About That Brioche pattern, available for purchase in the shop or via Ravelry.
- Two contrasting colors of fingering weight yarn. Approximately 400 yds of each color.
- US 4 (3.5mm) circular needle (or size to obtain gauge)
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
Stop in early to choose your yarn and any other supplies you need. The Fiber Lab offers a 15% discount on class supplies.
Register early. Classes with fewer than 2 registrations, 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of class will be canceled. Students will be notified if a class is cancelled, and the registration fee will be refunded.
